Family Teams: 

Family Teams consist of two or more family members, typically made up of spouses but may also include other family members such as grandparents, siblings, or cousins. Family Teams benefit from a reduced monthly fee of $149 per person. 

Traditional Teams: 

Traditional Teams consist of two or more agents. Team Members benefit from a reduced monthly fee of $149 and a reduced commission cap of $15,000. Members are still eligible to participate in the Power Award program, allowing them to earn up to $15,000 in company stock at the end of their anniversary year.

Power Teams: 

Power Teams are high-production teams consisting of two or more agents who close at least $54.4 million in volume or 140 transactions annually, and who continue to meet these benchmarks each year.

Power Team Members benefit from a reduced monthly fee of $149 and a significantly reduced commission cap of $7,500. Like all Epique agents, they are also eligible to earn Power Award status, which provides the opportunity to earn up to $7,500 in company stock at the end of their anniversary year.
